Teaching Schedule


Mondays 9:30am Breathing + 10am Kripalu Gentle  

Breathing techniques are focused on for 20 minutes exclusively: experience a true “deep breath” and prepare energetically for 10AM: a gentle Kripalu style posture flow exploring flexibility, breath integration with movement, + deep body rest in Savasana; r e l a x i n g and very doable:

Mondays 5:30-7:00PM

This class will start mid September, 2019 and continue through May 11, 2020 at First Presbyterian of Allentown, Room 218.  Multilevel format with spirituality and healthy living ideas in the energy awake mix!
